Having grown up in Cheektowaga, I can’t believe how bad it’s become in the past decade.
• DWI: Janelle L. Ambrosia, 29, of Union Road, Cheektowaga, was arrested Sunday for aggravated DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign, crossing the double yellow lines, and failure to keep right. Ambrosia’s blood alcohol content was measured at 0.22 percent and she was held for court.
Cheektowaga probably isn’t the place you want to be labeled publicly as a racist. The Cheektowaga/Buffalo border shrinks everyday.
Yep, I used to live there in the early 90s through early 2000s. It WAS a good neighborhood at one point but, it’s gone straight to hell. I truly think there is a different mentality in that town.
