I guess the US government can’t complain about this since they subsidize farmers here which allow the farmers to be more competitive around the world.

now, i have a grain of salt standing by, considering that this was a report prepared by Americans for American interests… but this:
“China’s massive subsidies and pervasive government control of its steel industry are unprecedented and violate WTO (World Trade Organization) rules,” said Alan Price of Wiley Rein L.L.P., which prepared the study. “Eight of the ten largest Chinese steel groups are 100% controlled by the Chinese government, and more than 90% of the production of China’s top 20 steel groups is state-controlled. This report documents the extent to which the Chinese steel industry has been fueled by subsidies, and remains controlled and directed by the government.”
Is mind boggling… Kyoto what??
I’m not surprised. Since when has China gave 2 shits about rules and regulations. They don’t apply when you have 3 billion people.
It’s like they’re communist or something. :gotme:
