These deals are actually pretty nuts I work at westherr jeep/Chrysler on southwestern right now if you have a qualifying vehicle for the cash for clunkers you can get, the 3500 Chrysler cash back on the patriot plus the 4500 on the government clunker rebate on your vehicle if it qualifies. 8000 total back on a vehicle that is pretty inexpensive to begin with is not bad. our Toyota stores have similar deals going on the rav-4’s but the shitty thing is we cant keep enough of these vehicles on the lots to keep up with the demands lol. if your considering taking advantage of this do it soon. I heard that the government only has so much set aside for the clunker deals because they are the ones paying those rebates and when the funding runs out its done.
I wonder what this would bring the cost of a 300 down too?
Wasn’t Chrysler (and GM) already giving $4000-$30,000 off anyway? lol
also what Im thinkin
Im probably not helping them by wanting to trade in one V8 for another, but the 300C would be so baller
It’s too bad all their vehicles suck.
The 300C or Crossfire would be decent for a daily.
I would take a 300c SRT8 in a heartbeat…But 300C’s arent bad either I guess :run:
SRT models are excluded, but still, 34k-3500 (cars)-9k(double clunker)= 21500. Seems like a damn good deal to me
I was really thinking about this too, but I love not having a car payment, so I’ll probably just stick with my STS for another 1-2 years :gotme:
It is a really great deal though!
Is the 300 even built in the US?

^I don’t think that matters with cash for clunkers.
Also here is the link to find out your trade in combine MPG:

Correct
http://www.cars.gov/faq#category-06
But I found the link interesting regardless.
“The value of the credit for the purchase or lease of a new passenger car depends upon the difference between the combined fuel economy of the vehicle that is traded in and that of the new vehicle that is purchased or leased. If the new vehicle has a combined fuel economy that is at least 4, but less than 10, miles per gallon higher than the traded-in vehicle, the credit is $3,500. If the new vehicle has a combined fuel economy value that is at least 10 miles per gallon higher than the traded-in vehicle, the credit is $4,500.”
Well shit, there goes the 300c
has anyone gone through the process for this yet? my dad and i are going to either trade in our truck or old lincoln and we want to know exactly what we have to go through to do this. we are looking to trade it in on a jeep. if someone could pm me this it would be great
thats wild indeed
They still offering their $2.99 gas for 3 years too? Lol
I think your best bet it just to just go to a dealer for more info.
