Just type the brand name into base.google.com, and a shitload of etailers have great deals.
Newegg had a 42 inch plasma, some off brand, for 599 I think.
50 bucks to ship, no tax.

I just bought a TV off of newegg, and when it arrived at my house I refused it. The box was not only bashed to shit, but was also water damaged! WTF?!
That took 3 weeks to buy, get here, get back and get my money back into my credit card.
I’d rather pay the extra $100 locally now. Which sucks… cause, I have spent over $20,000 at Newegg in the last two years with no problems. Figures, that the most expensive and largest item I buy is all destroyed when it gets here!
