City kids to join da burb kidz

That guy’s getting fired in 3…2…

I was waiting for you to post this…LOL: Easier to read

I think they just should bring back local degrees. Boost the graduation rate by allowing kids to pass high school and let them be. There are always going to be kids that are just not college kids and giving them some type of high school diploma will allow them to take some basic jobs.

I have a family member who teaches 3rd grade kids in the city and many of them been suspended, arrested, can’t sit near other kids, have to eat alone(because they will try fighting other kids)

You can attempt to fix schools all you want but if kids are having behavioral issues at that age its a much larger issue with parents.

Glad to see suburb schooling taught him so well…

04/13/13–10:53: West Seneca police charge man on payloader with DWI (chan 6030509)
The drunken driving arrest West Seneca police made Friday night was not a typical DWI stop.

Officers were dispatched at about 6:40 p.m. Friday after receiving several reports of a payloader stuck in the mud on Casimer Street. Witnesses, including a couple of the town’s sewer department employees, reported that its operator appeared to be intoxicated.

Police found the payloader stuck in the mud on the berm overlooking Buffalo Creek. After talking to witnesses, officers determined that Daniel J. Chowaniec, 45, of Weimer Street, Buffalo, had stolen the payloader, valued at $150,000, from the salt barn at the Thruway’s Ogden Street exit ramp.

Chowaniec had driven the payloader from the salt barn and ended up on Casimer Street, where he attempted to traverse the flood control berm between the street and the creek, police said. Along the way, he caused extensive damage to town property, police said.

After failing field sobriety tests, Chowaniec was charged with driving while intoxicated by Officers Travis Deubell and Jesse Reed. He also was charged with felony counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, criminal possession of stolen property and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Police said Chowaniec refused to take a chemical test to determine the amount of alcohol in his system.

Following arraignment in West Seneca Town Court, Chowaniec was sent to the Erie County Holding Center in lieu of a total of $10,000 cash or $20,000 property bail.

Representatives of the state Thruway Authority removed the payloader. State Police also lodged a felony charge of grand larceny in connection with the theft of Thruway Authority property.

No shot. I’ve got $20 on him being Unionized. His deep sadness over the loss of Cheektowaga explains a lot.

I especially like all the internet memes describing Obama as a socialist and communist plastered all over his facebook walls. This country is stupid.

Too bad it’s spelled “invading”.

Stop making this about race.

I don’t care what color you are, what you stick in your butt, how much money you make.

If you suck as a parent, your kid is going to suck as a kid. So don’t go shipping them to a “better” school district with the vain hope that they will be “fixed”, because they are still going to go home everyday to non-supportive parents…or worse…non-existent parents.

You want your kid to get a better education? Man up and move out of the city.

Let’s cut the shit here, City of Buffalo as a school district sucks. I don’t give a shit about how much you love the city/hate the suburbs. If you’re sending your kid to City of Buffalo public schools because you can’t get past the place you’re living in…you’re failing as a parent. Charter schools are excellent, I highly recommend the Charter School for Applied Technology. There’s an opportunity for your kid.

Can’t afford it?

Then you shouldn’t have had a kid to begin with.

hahahahaha

damn that’s snobby as fuck.

“I live in a suburb of a city, which wouldn’t exist without the city, and use the city’s resources, but we don’t have tax base sharing, so I don’t want any of my money to go to the city, but I don’t want them to find ways to fund themselves, even though if the city is in poor shape it is bad for the suburbs of that city.”

What I don’t get is sending kids to another school district to clean up the mess of the BPS instead of cleaning up the mess at the schools. I don’t agree with sending the kids outside the city because it won’t solve the problem.

I completely agree.

I picked the area I live in based on the school districts and guess what it directly reflects in my taxes.

If everyone in Buffalo would like to pay more money in taxes for a better school district carry on

However the real issue is parenting

To add what I said previously…

AND GUESS WHAT? BAD KIDS OF BAD PARENTS GROW UP TO BE…

Wait for it…

It’s coming…

Almost there…

Mo money, mo parental fucks given? :stuck_out_tongue:
The low skill segment must work long hours just to make ends meet. This leaves kids unattended and hungry for attention, opening the door for trouble. All that said, people should keep their reproductive bits segregated till they are psychologically and financially capable of supporting THEIR OWN fucking kids! I’m sick of bleeding hearts pointing the finger and blaming everything but the core problem. Our nation desperately needs a rebirth of self accountability, fuckity fuck!

Imagine if you were shipped out of Buffalo and into a luxurious high school like North Tonawanda. Ick.

Don’t entirely agree. Unless you’re working two full time jobs, there is time for at home parenting and schooling. I’m sure this is not the case for all these parents.

If we all / a lot of us agree its primarily bad parenting…lets get together and get on TV…Channel 2 on your side anyone?
