Ok so a quick write up.
If you get a ticket what I will do next time:
Mail it in asap. Not guilty.
You will get an appointment with the DA. (Don’t bother dressing up for it, he seemed to favor the blue collar folk. (I was in slacks and tie) )
Park in the ramp on Niagra behind family court building.
Walk across the street to the building with big columns out front (city hall) walk in front door turn right walk to end of hall last door on right (room 115)
Check in with clerk (bring photo ID and the letter you received in the mail)
You will get called into the DA shortly after he will review your record (I’ve had a bunch of tickets all over 5 years none showed) and offer you a deal.
(He said if I pled guilty to stop sign it would be 150 fine 88 surcharge and 3 points, so he offered to me to just pay 150 no surcharge or points)
Then you have 2 weeks to pay.
I chose to pay then so I walked across the hall to pay.
(Bring cash or check)
There was a 5.25 fee for using debit/CC
Or you can pay online it’s on the form I think I will do that next time.
Parking was $2 so total for me was 1.5 hours of time,
157.25 and now I come to complete stops… For now.
