what up, this is my 1989 Nissan 240sx hatch. i Bought it completely bone stock with a SOHC with 200,000k.

Then i bought a DOHC off a fat f*ck on son. YOU know who you are. It was built and looked pretty fresh.
I had previously bought DOHC KA-T parts of AhmadG and i went ahead and installed everything on the motor while it was on the floor, drilled a hole in the oil pan and welded a bung in. Mounted up the Front mount and installed the Walbro Fuel Pump.

During the Motor swap i cut my hand on an open clamp while pulling a hose off. I received 4 stitches.

Then The Dohc was in one morning and just had the boost gauge, IC piping, blow off valve and wiring/vacuum install

I cut and welded all of my own intercooler piping (hence why its shit haha)

And then the car turned out looking like this.

I then began installing the front end on my drive way. took about a week or so

And where I am at now As of today - (paint was drying on hood thats why not in pic)

i am very aware the engine bay is green. in the s13 pictures there is overspray on fenders but thats cause i had these new s13.4 fenders

Car is starting to look legit. I have seen the S15 front end on a hatch but never an S14 kouki front. The S14 kouki front looks sharper and timeless. It will always be a damn good looking front end, and it definitely makes the car look a lot more modern and aggressive. If I ever see you around I want to ask some questions about the paint. The darker tone looks too good on that front end. I’m telling you, side skirts, kouki tails, and LED lights and you will be balling out of control. Toss on a Type X wing actually, and that will finish it nicely.

I remember seeing this car around bone stock. Good progress, keep it up, and don’t lose that style.

I’ve seen an S14 kouki on a coupe, but not on a hatch. Looks good. Not really feelin’ the red lip, but to each their own.

Can’t wait to see this thing finished.
