What would be the best product to use to clean up a set of rims and what would be my best choice to polish them up?
I’m a huge noob to the chrome rim scene and trust those of you who have used these products more than the manufacturers websites.
well, how bad are they in there current state? are they real beat up
met-all,autozone has it. ive also seen poeple use balled up tin foil and coke to polish off deposits and rust spots on chrome.but i wouldnt put foil and coke near my 24’donks!
def chrome? not aluminum? i hand do all my shit with mothers…can’t complain.
btw these wheels are not polished from the factory. 10-12 hours into each one.
Def chrome and not polished. There are a few pits and some dirt around the lug holes/center caps. Nothing that really stands out but definitely need to get in the bits and remove some buildup.
I use simens or fx on my wheels but I used a mothers product on the welds on my vert and they came out great
