Let’s just say that particular car means a little more to me LOL
The usual first time on the starting grid pic for my dad. LOL
This one seemed to make me Hungry
Good times overall, the sounds and sights were out of this world. Cars taking off out of their pit at 8000 rpm when the have 750hp and weight 1550 lbs is pretty interesting to say the least. I actually was sitting at the “line” where they could go WOT after the “speed restriction” for the pit. Pretty sweet to watch rolling burnouts LOL :tspray:
Also all the action in turn one! Accidents and getting sideways like whoa!!
I was there on Friday for the practice/quals X… I took about 50+ pictures.
Too bad about Nicky, Tracy didn’t want to give up that real estate. Crazy crash in the opening lap too, Bourdais was lucky he wasn’t injured seriously.
I’m hoping to get to bring a friend and go to the GPoT  I’ve already mentioned to them that I “don’t want the seat, the food, the concert tickets… just the pit pass”
we’ll see! I’ll try and post some shots later on if time permits.
I’ve been to the Cleveland race once before. Only big racing event I have ever been to, was a great time. This was back when Zanardi was winning everything.
UB, enjoyed it, would do it again, but there really is no reason to get a degree in Design, all you need is a great portfolio. :gotme: That’s why I consider that “piece of paper” pretty useless.
I love this shot, as it shows the difference between the two cars… Champ on top, atlantic on bottom. Champ is 1550 lbs. and 750bhp, atlantic is 1400 lbs. and 300bhp - both of those include driver and fuel. an F1 car is 1322.77 lbs and 750bhp.
