ok when i first start my car up and go turn the wheel to leave where its parkerd no matter what way i turn i hear a clicking noise?? and it sometimes happens during a drive when i turn… any ideas?

How loud is the clicking? if you are clicking when going strait then you should get it replaced asap.

look and see if the boots are ripped, they probably are

put it in neutral and turn while moving, if there is no clicking its the cv joints
dont just take some dude’s word for it, take the 2 minutes to look for yourself, jesus
the cv joint will still spin in neutral so this will not work
I don’t see how it can be anything but a cv joint. Also, just because the boot is not torn does not mean that the cv joint is fine either.

when i had a bad cv on my old civic it only clicked when it was in gear :gotme:

Yeah it will, there is no load on the joint in neutral.

yes but the cv joint will still be turning if you go from driving at 40mph then put it in neutral.
regardless, get under there and check the boots
