will a 97/98 240sx white face cluster with 180km/h max speed have the same plugs as 95/96 black face cluster with 220 max speed?
I would think so but only one way to find out 
well i got a white face in my hand but its freaken cold out side and t looks kinda different from the back soo ill guess ill see
