buy up and install some bolt-ons, then when you’re done, hire Mike at Innovative Tuning(vendor here) to tune the car.

see ive heard people say that there no good.
I’m sure all performance shops have had bad reviews at some point or another as i could list many with an iffy reputation that still get alot of work their way, however You’re going to find ALOT of good recommendations for Innovative in this community as they have worked on / tuned / built ALOT of vehicles on this site. $0.02.
o no i hear u all the way. the only thing i dnt like about there tune is that they tune on the street and not on a dyno. idk i like the dyno tune better then a street tune. bcuz u can get a read out of ur hp and everything u kno.
Trust me, they are still able to Dynotune. 
lol. sounds good to me. so i think im gonna order my cai, charge pipes, intercooler and go get her tuned. my dad works at a steel shop so him n i r gonna make a full 3’’ turbo back exhaust for my car.
dont forget you need hptuners to be able to tune it
Word. nice thing about HPTuners is that you should be able to still pass an OBDII NYSI as well.

Call mike at New Era Performance, he has a dyno at his shop and tunes a ton of fast local cars with HPtuners. His cobalt SC/SS made something like 320whp, on a 50shoot with the stock SC and just bolt ons, nothing internal. Tunes my car too, runs great
