how does the stock drivetrain hold up to added power?
Just go NA
Werd
and bring me beer when you come to the shop
Innovative has never tuned a car for me, but they have been great for all the parts I’ve ordered from them. Great guys over there.
If I were you I’d do all the basic bolt ons, then upgrade the fuel. Then upgrade the turbo from GM when it comes out.
the drivetrain holds up great. the company that made 373hp n 381lbs is using the factory clutch and everything. thr front axles can handle around 600+hp people are saying.
And no my name is not travis its Brandon.
im also ordering my new suspension next friday.
Fixed
Do you work at napa on Wherle?
that is a great setup, I have a friend here with the same setup and his car runs great
No racecar, but a fun Daily Driver that gets great milage and has some power :eekdance:
No I work for bank of america
good luck on this project, u might wanna talk to choko he had one that he hit w/ a 50 shot and it gained like 100whp i hear that thing moved out
really? see i dnt wanna NOS. i would spray my intercooler for sure.
the biggest problem im gonna hav is getting traction!!
These cars are putting down 300whp with a drop in air filter and tune. If you go straight pipe from the turbo back, cold air intake, tune you should be in the 330whp ball park.
yea but i cant run a straight pipe, cause of stupid NYSI!!
make friends w/ someone who will just scan it and slap on the sticker lol
i do have a buddy that does do inspeactions. hmmm good call. i wonder if when they tune the car they can get rid of that light also?
Yes hp tuners can set all readyness monitors to be on.
so i could then run a catless exhaust and get away with it!!
anybody have any ideas for good tires to?
