Upgrade how? You can probable add thermal paste if needed, but the CPU on the card is probably soldered. Haven’t flown anything yet, buddy tells me the helicopter Y-Axis is inverted from the BF2 flight controls. That is absolutely 100% fucking stupid IMO. I’m playing the campaign on easy just to get me aiming, weapon switching and shit all down.

I had to switch the heli sticks to inverted and legacy style control, but now it’s all good.

It’s a “facebook like” type deal. Add me to NYSpeed whenever we become friends on here. I’m at work and non of the stop at the bottom does anything. I click on the stuff and it won’t open. The voice chat in the party chat is decent but not the same quality as Teamspeak, not surprising though.
How is the xbox version of this? Does the game come with the texture pack or is that extra? I may try it out until COD comes out.

haven’t flown yet, finally got chopper gunner and admin kicks me.
not exactly pleased with the game thus far.
I havn’t had much trouble with the xbox version, some server issues, but nothing like when BC2 was released, it was a solid week before you could reliably get a game.
The jets are surprisingly useless so far, but I don’t have the AA missiles or guided missiles unlocked yet. I think the game would be better with more players.

The game definitely takes some time to get used to. It’s definitely different from BF2.
One of the annoying things is that none of the vehicles have all their weapons right off the bat and you need to play them longer in order to get them. I finally got the missiles in the attack chopper and it took me a few flights to get the hang of them. I can understand why they did it though.
Anyone have an on line game manual? There are so many things I need to figure out still like how the hell to you make someone a squad leader? I finally figured out the spotting mechanism too - I had been holding down Q and clicking like in BF2 but all you need to do is hold it down on the target.
I’d love to lock the mini-map from rotating too…
