the worst map is operation metro, the team that starts on top of the escalators always wins, the weapon that I hate the most is the mortar its so cheap

I load up my tank with me on my main gun/HMG, my gunner and CITV gunner and BOOM…everyone dies lol.

I just LOVE grieving fighter pilots. As soon as they take off I’m right there locking them up. Nemesis kills all day long. Some kid caught on, teamed up with the 2nd jet and was trying to take me on. Took them both out as they made their passes. Win!
It would be so much better though if I could use the right mouse button to fire missiles while gunning…
Note to PC users…DO NOT DELETE OR UNINSTALL ORIGIN. I did this (stupidly) because the POS plug-in wasn’t working with battlelog. I had to redownload all 11.6GB of BF3 again. I’m going to do a blog post of the things I like and don’t like. Lemme know if there is anything you want covered and I’ll try and hit on it.

Dislikes (because they’re easier)
- No horn on light vehicles
- No right-mouse button for coaxial, etc.
- No VOIP between squad mates
- Only 4-man squads (somehow I had a 5 man squad today for several rounds)
- Random squad leader selection
- Sometimes squads don’t have a leader at all
- No idea what side of the vehicle someone is on (chopper gunner, etc.) like there was in BF2
- If you’re a squad leader and are already inside the flag capture zone, there isn’t any way to tell your squad to attack the flag your sitting on unless you leave the zone. (You can’t spot a flag you’re already on.)
- No PING in-game
- Chat box is distracting and big
- No way to lock the mini-map from rotating
- “Join” button for joining a squad is too small and blue that it blends with the background (took me DAYS to find it.)
- No Heli or Jet healing when returning to the carrier
- Vehicle spawns take too long IMO and force more ground-pounding when one of the main attractions to this game are the vehicles
- Can’t “drop” cockpit graphics on heli & jet so all you see is the hud
Now that may seem like a lot, but overall I’m happy with the game. These are minor annoyances mostly.

Yeah, use the function keys. For example I 1-man the HUMVEE all the time. Drive to where the action is, hit F2 and jump to the gunners seat and fire away.

VERY busy HUD, stupid flag marker in conquest when you’re near the flag, squadmates names always visible, blue dots for teammates always visible, names of flags always visible. HUGE font for points.
3rd person for the chopper is a 3/4 view and not directly behind
It seems like it should take fewer shots to kill for everything, not 20 rounds from a saw or nearly a full mag with an mp7 or scar.

Vehicles have little health, but autoheal, I’d prefer no autoheal and more health
destruction seems much more limited than BC2, there are a lot of little hiding spots that can’t be demolished or at least made unfavorable with explosives, Next to map design this is my biggest complaint. I just noticed that I can’t even blow off some of the half open garage doors, this REALLY disappoints me.
There’s only like 6 hardcore servers for 360 and they’re perpetually full so I haven’t been able to play a HC game yet, but from what I’ve read, there’s still a map with pings for the enemy when they shoot?
Battlelog-Soldier Stats-Dog Tags-Taken It shows how many you have taken, but only shows the name of the last person for each type of tag.
