The fine may be a little extreme but hell the law makes perfect sense. I ride and even I don’t want to be anywhere near someone riding along on one wheel. Last year I witnessed two guys pulling wheelies actually ride into each other fucking them selves up and causing a major traffic jam. Hard to say they just affected them selves when they crashed.
