No luck,

Swapped vid cards, no help. Re seated the processor and ram, no help. Nothing looks burnt. Processor looked good. Reset the CMOS, nothin.

Any other ideas?

No, but everythings lighting up, do they go bad like that? Kind of half ass?

yeah it definitely still could be bad

Any way to test it w/out a “tester”?

I don’t have any other PSs that have SATA power connections.

even if u dont have sata power connections, the BIOS should post
