Concrete floor reccomendations

so, I have 10-15,000 feet of space I need to make pretty.
It is presently WWII era concrete and very dirty.

I have quotes for epoxy that are the front runner, but I really like the look of polished concrete. IMO, it would also last much longer then the epoxy based on existing concrete condition and heavy equipment. It is an old factory floor after all.

Does anyone have any info on how old floors take to this sort of work?
Can you recommend a local company that is capable of giving me what I want.

I would love to see my beautiful face and golden hair looking back at me when ever I walk the soon to be lab space.

This is what I have to work with. Any thoughts?

Who quoted the epoxy if you don’t mind my asking.

Stonhard is who I have been using based on prior work on site.

I have some before and after pics, but I can’t go about posting them online without
“written permission”… Lol not that I would ever do that

my friend tim works for mja

If you want a few other people to quote epoxy I can get them for you.

Are you now resorting to forum input over Procurement? Man, we must REALLY be the devil…

Lol

MJA has been doing a great job. The guys don’t stop. My tech had to force them to take a lunch break.
Looks much better in person

Who cut that PO?

The devil himself.

…a handsome devil.

My very good friend Tim is a project manager at MJA, and is a car guy to boot (E39 M5). They handle smaller stuff too, I will definitely be going to him for my garage floor once it’s time. He asked me to pass on his email in case anyone is interested in having work done residentially.

Does that mean you can hook me up with free concrete floor polishing?

Unfortunately no, but talk to him.

Hrm… Looks like they cover Rochester too, but seems like they do not do pool decks anymore. Will have to email them anyways and see what the options are for garage and basement.
