so, I have 10-15,000 feet of space I need to make pretty.
It is presently WWII era concrete and very dirty.
I have quotes for epoxy that are the front runner, but I really like the look of polished concrete. IMO, it would also last much longer then the epoxy based on existing concrete condition and heavy equipment. It is an old factory floor after all.
Does anyone have any info on how old floors take to this sort of work?
Can you recommend a local company that is capable of giving me what I want.
I would love to see my beautiful face and golden hair looking back at me when ever I walk the soon to be lab space.
This is what I have to work with. Any thoughts?

My very good friend Tim is a project manager at MJA, and is a car guy to boot (E39 M5). They handle smaller stuff too, I will definitely be going to him for my garage floor once it’s time. He asked me to pass on his email in case anyone is interested in having work done residentially.
Hrm… Looks like they cover Rochester too, but seems like they do not do pool decks anymore. Will have to email them anyways and see what the options are for garage and basement.
