every so often i have a coolant leak in the front right of my car.
Also sometimes my car will say it is overheating but the temperature seems to be normal in the engine bay from what i can see (i.e no smoke, valve cover at normal temperature)
what could be the problem?
the hoses, water pump, fuel pump, rad are all new.
could you recomend what might need to be looked at and possibly a mechanic who knows a lot about 240’s that could fix this problem?

where are you leaking from?
sounds like you’re overheating and you’re leaking from the overflow container.
and you can’t really tell the difference between 10-20deg. C just by leaning over the motor and that’s all it takes to overheat.
since your stuff is all new… who refilled your fluids? and have you been topping it off since? sounds like you have air in the system and it’s stopping the flow of water.
check the FSM (or just google) how to properly fill up the rad (and no, ti’s not a matter of just taking the cap off and adding water)
