yep.
scuff the backside of the bumper cover along the edge of that spot and in about 2 inches with 80 grit.
spend $53 on a tube of GOOD panel bond.
get 2 pieces of 1X1 .125 wall aluminum square tube how ever long that flat section is wide.
scuff ONE face of ONE tube with 80 grit.
Tape the paint off on top
Panelbond the scuffed face on the tube to the scuffed face on the bumper cover. Take the second tube position it exactly over the one your gluing to the under side and clamp it down evenly in a few spots. let it sit over night or how ever long your shit says it takes to FULLY CURE.
unclamp and enjoy.
Square tube, NOT flat bar. flat bar wont resist the twisting like a tube.
