Coreys s2000 build

It’s the new ‘funny pic thread’ Seamus.

Got all the front end mocked up, nothing is bolted down, just getting an idea of how its all going to come together…

Need Bride seats

Looks pretty awesome

Thanks man

I actually plan on running technocraft seats…

Thanks, the exterior is coming out pretty much exactly the way I invisionsed it when I was designing it

You need to be of the “Jdm” race or small child to fit into those seats

is there any way to get that wavy part of the front bumper straight? you can rly see it when it reflects the ic

yep.

scuff the backside of the bumper cover along the edge of that spot and in about 2 inches with 80 grit.

spend $53 on a tube of GOOD panel bond.

get 2 pieces of 1X1 .125 wall aluminum square tube how ever long that flat section is wide.

scuff ONE face of ONE tube with 80 grit.

Tape the paint off on top

Panelbond the scuffed face on the tube to the scuffed face on the bumper cover. Take the second tube position it exactly over the one your gluing to the under side and clamp it down evenly in a few spots. let it sit over night or how ever long your shit says it takes to FULLY CURE.

unclamp and enjoy.

Square tube, NOT flat bar. flat bar wont resist the twisting like a tube.

Price you pay for looks. I would only rock bride or recaro but to each there own

Better start a diet!

Thanks for pointing that out, hadnt noticed it till you said something

Thanks for the advice Mike! What would you reccomend for panel bond?

TechnoCraft are uber baller

Got some time and did the lower radiator line and the catch can lines…

That’s not teflon tape on an AN fitting is it?

I was just was about to say that

maybe they are pipe to AN fittings.:ohnoes

looks like sandblasted metal to me

I really cant tell could either be where they taped off the thread for powder coating or teflon tape

It’s just sand blasted metal, relax boys!

So they blasted the seat and threads!?!?

I assume you are miss-speaking. They HOPEFULLY masked off the AN taper seat AND the threads, sand blasted, they (should have peeled tape and re-taped) powdercoated the blue.

if not, all those fittings are junk.

^ this.

Looks like a Pokemon kind of, lol.
