LMAO what a night that was…
:number1
this this is what my car had…nothing beats ferrea
Full Blown came through today with the dual pump setup! This thing is a PITA to install and I can not beleive full blown doesnt send it with instructions… LJ said they are working on it though and is helping me through the process…
Yay!
.
That looks like enough pump for a dozen stock S2Ks!
Nick you didn’t say anything… Lol
And yea let’s hope it’s enough for one big turbo s2000! Lol
re: my previous post (dont feel like quoting/editing…though it probably would have been less effort than explaining myself, especially at this point, holy fuck)
Tiburon forums, V6 camaros, supercharged tiburons…blech.
Cross your fingers with that full blown setup
LMFAO, I loved my tiburon I was like 17… it was fun…
Why do people on this site say that? out of all the 600+HP s2000s on the forums, I would say 15% of them dont run this setup…
because this is shift518.
I’m not trying to be a dick, ive personally seen tons of problems with this setup. Then again there are many people that run it with no problems at all. I’ve just seen and heard of enough problems to keep me away from the full blown. For your goals a drop in 255 with a inline 044 would be fine. Again it’s just my opinion
Edit nvm seen your gonna run e85. 255 and inline 044 will not be enough
in regards to to that pump setup, make suyre the hose in the tank that they used is multifuel capabe/submergable.
saw a few instances of Full blown double pumper hoses tear in the tanks from e85 on evos.
what kind of setup are you trying to do? 6266/6766?
This happens ALL the time. The hoses after time will collapse on themselves and there goes your motor
yea because ppl use micky mouse hoses, thats why some ppl claim the “blck gunk” on the tips of the injectors. have to use the multi fuel hose made by gates.
Whats the power goal? I’m sure this car could use an Aeromotive 340 or Walboro 400LPH pump with no issues.
and you do realize that my v6 camaro would have blown the doors off anything you have ever owned, correct?
And Pete/GERMAN are right, you need the proper Gates hoses. Earlier in the year, I used the hoses that came with the (junk) MVP hangar in Rays car (partially my fault), and they split soon afterwards.
Yea, I’m starting to understand what this means…
I have never heard or read a single problem like this on the s2000 forum, I run a single fb340 right now @22psi making 500whp on a dumpy log manifold
I am going with a pfab equal length twinscroll with a 1.15 divided 6266
I’m sure if there ever was a problem LJ fixed it and put the right hoses with it.
Power goal is 6-650 for now…
Yea buddy!
I’ll call LJ and ask
good looks, glad we can give you some feedback and i enjoy this project
