actually, yes you can. The law actually protects your right to do so.
as for the ban trigger, most forum software i know of allows for banning via IP, username, email, etc… seperately or all of the above. If I only ban your user name you can log in as guest.

I hope not. I don’t usually get all hyped up about shit, unless someone presents me with a double standard. If it is a rule, that is legal, I will follow it. No questions asked. But moderator abuse is freq. overlooked.

racial slurs don’t bother me anymore. I’ve heard them all and tend to use offensive names when I’m angry… I’m guilty…
The double standard thing is the kicker… if a supervisor says something offensive, you’d most likely go to the next higher up correct? people grow close when they are all working together… they try to protect each other and help each other out. I’m not saying it’s good but it’s life.
it’s messed up but seriously who was offended? Who seriously gets offended by racial slurs… because I’m SURE we’ve all said something at some point that someone would consider racist…
+1. As Travis said, you signed the agreement that no one reads. That > some internet constitution. This isn’t a public forum per se either. It’s a private one, because you have to sign up in order to use it. Therefore, what the owner/moderator says, goes. The end.
I could find hundred of posts that could offend, blacks, whites, feminists, etc. There is ALWAYS someone that could be offended. Great thing about a thread, is that if you don’t like it. Don’t read it.
And if don’t like a forum because they ban slurs of any type, joke or not, don’t frequent it.
I have nothing against you (your one of the few who doesn’t haggle me about my lifestyle if I recall correctly), lets make that clear. I’m just saying that for anyone who feel otherwise.
According the countless other threads slandering other races, including women, this forum does NOT ban slander. You would know with all the Virgin till marriage BS.

exactly! I could get offended over the lack of naked HOT men pictures or the mass amounts of CP which is disgusting because I have a younger sister LOL but i don’t like it so i ignore it. I agree with that. Mods pick and choose. And members pick and choose who to harp on.
But arguments sake, making all else equal, the owners/moderators of this site DO have the right to ban for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. That’s all I’m saying. Is it right? Maybe not. But is it within their powers? Absolutely. Because: you signed the agreement.
