Couple of Questions

First: I am wondering what has to be done to install full coilovers on the rear? Does anything need to be done with the sway bars?

Second: What would +40 6.5" wide wheels look like with 25mm spacers? Stickin out? Or close to flush?

According to what I’ve read on this forum and zilvia, a 9" wide +15 wheel is perfectly flush on an S13. Using that as the old wheel size and plugging in 6.5" +15 (40-25) as the new wheel size I got the following:
The outside edge of the wheel will RETRACT in towards the body by 32mm

You can fool around with this thing, it’s freakin awesome

coilover install is only 3 bolts, not removing of hardware.

6.5 inch wheels are ghey

Well I had loosened the bolts on the top and the suspension never dropped. My dad says they didn’t drop because of the sway bars. So was it something else then?

2 botls on the top of the strut, one at the bottom on the control arm remove all 3 and out comes the strut… place in coilover, replace 3 botls adjust setting all done.
