I bought some adjustable suspension pieces for an S13 last March and have yet to receive them. I have been trying to get a refund (a couple 100 $) for quite a while. The last time I heard from them was just after Christmas when they were “making an effort to get things sorted out ASAP.” I guess they haven’t been putting much effort into it.
Unfortunatly, I can’t wait much longer so I have decided to contact the local branch of the BBB at the end of the month.

I wonder how the MTO will deal with it. As far as I know Chris and Pat
don’t have mechanics licences. Either the rules wouldnt apply since they
aren’t mechanics, or they will get screwed because they are doing work
on people’s cars without a licence.
Anyways its been far too long Denis, no point waiting, they clearly aren’t
going to rectify the situation unless you persue legal action.
