Well google now has chat integrated with it. The block Facebook/MySpace because there is no purpose to be on there at work with games, profiles, chat, anything.

to get to sites, use www.hidemyass.com or tunnel a connection through your desktop. You can make a VPN connection on your windows PC and then connect from your work computer to there and everything on the network will look like a encrypted connection to XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX 
lol, boxxa you offer good advice man is what ive beeen doing to access facebook is, logmein.com–> and controlling my laptop which is home using the remote desktop logmein.com offers–> and using the IE8 from my laptop lol…but i think the method youve found will be easier, i will try
Ya. I like logmein.com for quick access but you can also use Hamachi on your laptop and desktop (product by logmein) which sets up a virtual network of all your devices so you can pretty much connect to it and remote desktop to your PC
Boxxa- Do you have any idea how to lock an IP on a lynksys wireless b router, or would i have to go thru my verizon dsl modem or verizon themselves?
an external IP? prob no way unless you pay for a business connection with a static IP
