If he’s locked up in the state of NY, it’ll show up. I know a kid that went away for something far more serious and crossing state/countries/continents. When he was locked up under a federal indictment, it showed in NYDOCS.

Im willing to bet he worked w cops, ratted a bunch of people out and got off w probation
