In his case, My beef with him was the negligance for his safty aswel as disreguard for rules and regulations for the property owners (tracks) becasue he refused to acknowledge the nessesity for a cage in his car, when his “goal” was to run a low ET. I said he was straight up dumb for thinking that way. Now that he got caught redhanded stealing shit worth that much it proves hes dumb. Simple as that for me.

We can all speculate on why he did it, Im sure he has reasons - maybe he was behind in cash one week and found out it was easier than he thought and didnt stop or maybe he just said fuck it. When you see how much money is being made directly by others, your salary which once seemed to be great, is now pennys… I’ve learned to always talk/act/sound broke if I ever have another employee. He probably made $1,200 a week which was good until he was taught that the business makes $8k a week in JUST scrap gold alone. All of a sudden his $1,200 a week aint shit and the stealing starts…
