Police offices will say whatever they want but it comes down the one of the the assistant D.A.s Sorry to say they don’t care about you unless you got shot. I have just seen the exact thing happen, its all talk and promises but the actual scumbags will walk.
it’s not a felony. The suspect will plead down and he won’t do jail time. This is not some high class criminal. This is some college guy looking to party.
