LOL.
Also, how do you KNOW it was a guy using the card?

security camera coresponds with time of purchase, shouldnt be too hard.
I am sure that Jims is going to let her review the security footage. I am also sure that the buffalo police really give two shits. :bloated:
Most stores dont give a shit who paid, as long as they have their money. My friend in college had someone swipe his card and use it at a local gas station. He called and they told him they cant do anything about it so he called the bank and filed a dispute and got the money back and then let the bank and gas station fight.
We’re assuming that because they were at the Pepsi Center in Amherst, and knew that the doors don’t get locked after the front desk staff leave for the day…
It’s not the Buffalo PD, it’s Amherst since it was stolen there. They seem to be pretty helpful. I have the exact times they tried to use my card at Jim’s, so I can match it up with the security cameras really quick.
The guy will be charged with grand larceny since he stole so many CC’s
probably going to dust the place for prints, interview witnesses, and take DNA samples :bloated:
did they check for semen yet? according to csi there is semen on pretty much everything
Amherst PD can get pretty intense sometimes. Someone broke into my car at work and they lifted prints off of the window tint and caught the guy. I was shocked to say the least.
the bend is a shitty place.
just the type of place credit card thieves would go.
go around to the coke dealers in that neighborhood and see if any of them take credit haha
That is cool as hell.Thumbs up to them for that at least and that they found the guy for ya

This I am willing to bet is going to get swept under the rug until you forget about it. I seriously doubt them opening an investigation over 10 bucks at Jim’s when all they will see a bad angle of a black dude in a hoody who could be 1 of 20,000 in Buffalo potential suspects.
Thats about what I was going to say. But I must admit I usually sto in for a drink when im in the area. I used to drink there when I was like 17 all the time so it just has a place in my heart. WTF did it used to be called? I cant even remember.
Yea its was crzay. I only filed for insurance reasons then wammo a few days later they came to my house and the dude turned over most of my stuff to the cops when he was busted too. Strange
no he won’t
how many black people do you know hang out at a hockey rink and at a bar on Allen? Anyways those places use real cheap security cameras. They will have horrid images and no one will be able to identify them. Plus he probably did not park anywhere near Jim’s so no plate will be found. Just chalk it up as a lost erica. It sucks and waste time. Not like you will pay for this shit. Next time tell everyone to be more careful with there possesions.
Ya. I’ve worked down town and in the bar industry for the last 4 years. I even installed a camera system at 3 different places (2 bars and a store0 as a side job. None of the cameras can pick up images of a crowd in low light or with any detail enough to identify them. They are meant to make sure the staff that they can identify isn’t stealing and to protect against lawsuits. Chances are you are not gonna see someone swipe a wallet or anything.
FRANKS~!
HA! Thats what I was thinking but im like… that cant be it.
Yes, actually he will. The offense listed on the police report says grand larceny. My boyfriend’s friend, who also had his cards stolen, spoke to the Sargent in charge of the case, and said they will prosecute for that offense if the individual is found.
I hear ya. I definitely could care less at this point about the money, HSBC has already taken care of it. It’s more that I don’t want another waste of space on the streets stealing other people’s stuff.
It will plea out to a lesser charge without a doubt,no prosecutor is going to want to go to court and waste his time for some plastic.
