locally you can just call up Buffalo Hotel and Restaurant Supply. They will seel you a NSF certified machine. No business id, or commercial license required. They are a great supplier when i need stuff. They alos have a storefront in Amherst that is amazing. Anything from a Spoon to a 10K Grill.
