your gona loose alot of frontal surface area, going thicker is hard to make that up. think about re doing the bottem 3 layed support part too?

Also had a custom rad built there. Good guys, good fast service, great price.
Jon built me a custom rad for half the price and half the time Ron Davis Radiator quoted me.
