What do you want to know? Its a great place to do pretty much anything. Expensive to live tho.
After being in Florida for 2 years, the closing at 2 thing i’m ok with. If you pay attention the majority of the drama when your out happens after 2:30ish. The more alchohol involved the more problems there are. NYC was awesome, I just don’t think it was for me. I like city living, just not to that extent.
Rent for a 1 BR apt will definitely run you at least 1200+ Utilities in Boston. I’m guessing it’s around 800-900 ish in Orlando ? Maybe even lower? 1200 is not too bad as long as you make at least 60k or so.
well, the problem is people just start drinking earlier - and the drama just starts earlier 
I wouldn’t live IN boston, but outside of it I like. Kinda like NYC - I would never live in NYC, but where I am is sweet.
I don’t live in Orlando, I live just outside the Ft. Myers/Naples area. My rent right now is $1600 a month then I have electric and cable/internet. The same thing goes, I travel very frequently as I will be while i’m in Boston as well. I also do the same thing down here, I have a roomate for the purpose of when i’m not home the place is still safe.
Howie, I agree with you on the not in the actual city part. I need to have some quiet when I need it, sometimes you just want to relax. As far as the starting earlier, honestly after being down here for the past two years I rarely ever see fights and if I have seen one i’m the first person to walk away(don’t hold my past against me, I grew up). I’ve had my share of overnighters, don’t get me wrong alot of idiots should be punched in the face but I have my future to worry about now. Something we all need to realize is there are jobs and there are careers, if you happen to find a career or even a job that is a stepping stone that will be used as a reference for your career. It needs to be taken seriously and the pro’s and con’s of every situation you put yourself into need to be weighed amongst each other.
Lucky if you can find something that cheap…1200 for a small studio more like it.
