Does anyone know where I can find technical info on D2’s? Apparantly they are 36 (?) way adjustable, but I can’t find out how that’s possible, unless they are including every thread on the shock.
Any advice or guidence would be much appreciated.

they are infinitely adjustable, or so i have heard it explained that way.
basically you can just keep tightening them and you can turn the knob 6 full revolutions with 6 notches on the dial.
there is NOT 36 clicks and there are not actually 36 different settings.
So, what is the maximum dampening pressure that can be reached with them?
Also, I believe there are different spring rate options, and mine seem a tad soft. Is it possible to get a spring upgrade, or do you need to buy a whole new set?
I don’t know what the max damping pressure is but you can buy replacement springs with different stiffnesses.
Where can I find replacement springs? Also, how can I tell what springs I have now?
IIRC the rate of the coils is painted on the top of the coil. Maybe talk to Bing about replacement parts… I dunno sorry
no they arent they arent labled anywhere
Some engine shops have spring rate testers for small springs, the ones in D2’s might be small enough to fit in.
If you measure it, you would probably find a shop that would test it for you, then take that info and post it up or call the D2 people.
Hope this helps.
