I thought you were selling the cobra?
220 HP/ 5500 LBS = 0.04 HP per pound…
:ponder
94 Cutlass Ciera S… “Clean as a wistle” 2.2L OHV Inline 4
2850lb estimated. Title says 2700lb… doubt it!
130 crank HP + 98k = 118HP
118HP - 20% drivetrain loss = 94WHP
2850lbs / 94 tire scuffing HP = 30.3:1 LBS per HP
94HP / 2850lbs = 0.033HP per LB! and its more than enough…
Those cars sure do feel heavy. My dad had a '94 with a 2.2.
Im surprised it gets out of its own way alright. Its like having AWD too. You know you’re not gonna spin a tire. LOL
I will redo it at advertised weight and HP just for fair comparison sake.
2700lbs / 130hp = 20.8:1
130hp / 2700lbs = 0.048 hp per lb
I like how the low traction light always came on when driving on ice and sliding a bit. Like no shit theres low traction.
No traction control on the car so it was rather pointless.
LandRover Discovery ll SE

lol i know i just wanna see his car go 9’s!!!
Lol. my DD, 2001 Suzuki Swift 1.3. Weighs about 1500 pounds. stock it has 79hp. So stock it would be 18.9 lb/hp.
But I don’t know what HP it gets with open header, 50mm tb, intake setup. According to the company, the headers give a 10hp gain. The tb gets about 9. The intake gets 3-5. Going from those numbers(which are probably too high),it has 103hp. So it would be 14.5.
somewhere around 16 for the mr2
04 Accord - 160hp 3116lbs. so 19.48 LB/HP. No where near enough. never is.
Id LOVE to see those times someday, but for now just gonna come out on the soft tune and small shot and shoot for mid-high 10’s.
do past cars not count?
