Dangerous day

Im on my way home from work at Mcdonalds, during a mega blizzard, 6 inches an hour and 15 ft visability, and i come to a 4 way stop, and im about 100 feet from it, and i see a grey saturn in front of me, go, and i see a old 80’s F150 that is sliding on its way to smash the saturn, i lay on my horn, hoping the saturn will gun it, but the truck t-boned the saturn. The truck had a plow which did a bunch of damage,

i pulled over, threw on my 4 way flashers and checked on the woman in the saturn first, she was screaming and she had her left arm broken in three places, and a mild concussion, aside from scrapes from the airbag.

The guy in the truck was absoultey fine, just shook up. I grabbed my cell, and called 911, told them where and what had happened, as i tended to the woman to try to get her to calm down, i grabbed a few Advils out of my trenchcoat and gave them to her. I ran got my 1 road flare and set that so that at least i had some protection.

When the ambulance arrived, i asked the woman for her emergency number, and she gave me her husbands number, i called him and told him what hospital she was going to and what had happened.

Soon after the ambulance had arrived the police also showed up, the ambulance left with sirens a blazin and i filed a full report on what i witnessed and what i did, should it ever come to court.

I was a bit shook up myself, and have been cooling down watching 24 and eating a lot of food to calm my own nerves, but i felt i should let you all know how nasty it was in rochester today and just one instance of a bad accident. I did receive word from the husband taht she will be ok, and is being held overnight for observation, he thanked my a few hundred times and offered me money, but i declined and said that i was simply being a good citizen and there are no rewards for that but my own self gratitude, he thanked me again and said Good night.

 to helping, but yeah never ever ever give anybody meds that are not theirs. that could come back to kick you but thank god for the good semaritan law…it cant. There was an accedent down the road from my house this afternoon. a car hit a pole so hard it sheared the car in half. He was all bloodied up i didint make it to the scene. i missed the trucks but i guess he was in super bad shape.

Cool shit man. It takes a lot for someone to do something like that, most people would probly freeze up.

yeah some of your post had me thinking the same.

Huge respect and way to handle a rough ass situation
Most people pull the “sucks to be them” and they leave
good job dude.

Careful with the Meds thing. But  regardless.

i would have just called the police, and then taken her purse or at least all her cash.

You would have cried.
and then not finished your car.
