Dateline debt collectors in Buffalo

this really isn’t news, it’s been this way for many years.

and while convicted felons may work as collectors, remember that they wouldn’t have a job at all if people would just pay their bills and live within their means.

I’m a big fan of people who work collections that tell people they’re “legal investigators” or some other fancy title.

That bags of money fella is the same guy who drives that shit minivan with the vinyl graphics all over it promoting a local rap album.

Its pretty funny, I’ve seen the thing twice around buffalo.

Wait, you’re telling me that people that are scumbags and go in to collection are going to file complaints about the collection agencies? No wai!

That’s what I was thinking.I’m willing to bet that 95% of the people that they’re dealing with are degenerate animals and they need a little harassment as a reminder to pay their debt.

I used to work on the legal side of one of the bigger collection firms in the area and it was a unique experience to say the least. Most of the collectors were horrendous. One guy was retired and took the job just to harass people. Another guy decided to represent himself as a military official before I cut the call off. The company ended up paying off the guy’s debt and an additional 25K.

Meh, don’t buy shit you can’t afford and these companies wouldn’t exist.

PAY YOUR BILLS AND STOP BEING A SCUMBAG.

:word:

If you don’t care about your credit score it is very easy to buy tons and tons of stuff and end up only paying 1/10th of the actual cost while keeping whatever you buy. It’s pretty sad actually.

Bags of money is an awesome dude in person, lol. Once I saw him driving a mid-nineties SAAB convertible with 16" chrome wheels, so I told him he was slacking. The next time I saw him he was driving a Maserati Quattroporte and told me “Yeeeeeahhh, das wassaup!”

I don’t feel bad for debtors of credit card debt.

I find it wrong however, collecting from those in debt due to medical misfortunes.

I have one that calls me now and again because of a medical bill from when my wife had our child. It was a 3 or $400 test to determine if the child had down syndrome. When I asked about it they said because some people like to know early enough so that they can abort the baby!!! I flat out told them I wasn’t paying for it and they told me I had to as BCBS didn’t pay it. I told them to guess again and to have a nice day.

So did your wife have the test done or not? I sounds like yes and if that’s the case it seems pretty stupid to destroy your credit over $400 because you don’t agree with what the test is used for.

the $400 will mean a lot more to you then to them. Usually the test is requested, not automatically given.

seams simple to me

There are hospitals out there that DO NOT do hard collections. Meaning, the collections will never hit your credit report. They will just call and harass you.

thats usually his street team. he’s always rocking something expensive. chromed out Harley, escalade, Range, Maserati, etc…

i remember seeing him on Schule in Buffalo(not the nicest st) rocking a new CLS.

We didn’t know that they did the test we asked later as the insurance paid for everything on the bill except that. When I called them and asked about it thats what I was told.
I pay cash for everything now anyways so could care less anymore about credit. I never had stellar credit anyways due to having to come up with cash to buy the next property. I know I will catch alot of slack for that comment but it’s how I’m living now. If I want a new Vette then I better have $50K cash to pay for it. Etc.

BUFFALLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
