40 minutes of racing and there’s already been 4 yellow flags… how can they even call this racing?

They do a couple road courses. A lot of them race other shit too. Watching some of that today it was intense.
NASCAR engines and the technology in the cars is amazing. to spin 9k rpm and maintain a 200mph speed for 500 miles, while turning. thats amazing. especially for a dumpy pushrod 358cu/in american made pile of scrap metal
You’d think they would’ve switched to EFI already instead of using carburetors. But hey, whatever works.:lol
The tracks should look like this, that would be cool.
If you think you can hold a 10lb weight in front of you for like 5 hrs then you can call it pussy shit. Those cars making that much power and literally in the back bumper of the car in front of them at 200mph is pretty awesome. I rode in Dale Sr’s car at Daytona and in just 3 laps at 160 in the turns and 180 on the strait the g-force that put on your body is incredible. I had the oppertunity to do this the year before he crashed. it was one of the most amazing things i’ve ever done and ill never forget what it felt like.

carbs work and its harder to hide things with the carb. efi leaves room to cheat much easier than a carb where the restrictor plate is clearly visible when its installed.
