Dealing with an addiction..

You don’t drink enough, thats nothing compared to my “normal” day over the past 6 months. Your body like any other drug becomes dependent on it, it expects it and when it doesnt get it, it says FUCK YOU

I drink ~6 cups of coffee a day with at least 2 20OZ redbulls… not counting maybe a soda in there, not proud of it at all, its royally fucking up my body, but it gets out of control and you don’t even realzie it.

If i don’t have a cup of coffee when I wake up, or wait til mid morning, i get the worst headache thats damn near impossible to recover from…

This will be the 3rd-4th time ive started to ween myself off of caffeine, this time around im going to make sure I do not go overboard with it again. Going to stop drinking soda, decaff coffee in the morning, maybe a cup of tea throughout the day if I really need it, but in more ways then one energy drinks seriously fuck up your body.
