I drink 4-5 cups of coffee early in the day, then cut off all caffeine by early afternoon. If I’m really tired, I’ll drink a redbull in the morning on top of my coffee.
I used to be steady hooked on Red Bull and No Fear. Now I’ll try and limit it to a can of pop maybe every other day or every 3 days. Caffeine makes my heart go nuts if I stretch weird or breathe weird, so I’m trying not to go out Cardiac Arrest style at 25.
im at usually 2 cans of monster a day one for breakfast at like 5:30am and then one late after noon. Inbetween that the only other thing i drink is water
Used to drink two 24 oz Mtn Dews a day on top of the morning coffee. Then I switched to energy drinks for a while like Amp, Rockstar, and Monster. Got away from those. Expensive and made me tweak if I drank more than two.
Sticking to coffee and other drinks now (Life/Vitamin Water, Gatorade, a variety of iced teas, etc) rather than the energy drinks. I would like to eliminate pop altogether, but I still have a soft spot for the occasional Coke or Mtn. Dew.
i would say my average day, a cup before i leave in the morning a cup in the van on the way to work, and then at least a pot thru out the day sometimes more . then a cup or 2 when i get home… i bought the biggest keurig machine they make to support my habbit, hardley drink pop
At least a pot a day (12 cups) a Venom or Rockstar in the afternoon as needed. I was accused of being addicted and set out to prove the accuser wrong. Headaches galore for the first few days on the wagon. They were right, I was wrong. Back to my old ways, a pot a day, black, bold and can’t get enough. No jitters or heart racing here…
I start everyday with a 1-2 cups of coffee, of course it’s an oversized cup and equals out to 1/2 pot of coffee. Then it’s dew, iced tea, and more coffee throughout the day… If I’m working from home I’ll brew another pot o coffee, if I’m out working I’ll have 1-2 energy drinks a day… (honestly more for the taste than the enrgy) If I don’t order a beer with a meal at a restuarant it’s water and coffee. I’m usually finishing either a dew or tea right before I go to bed. Almost everything I drink has caffiene, but it’s been like that for as long as I can remember…and from time to time I go without, and can’t say that I get real headaches or function any less. Only thing I avoid is sugar in my drinks, cuz that usually makes me feel like shit (basically everything is sugar free or diet)
44 hours is normal. Cheated on my federal coloring book numerous times in a year never got caught, try ordering a sandwich from a fast food place that shit is rough. The dot is easy to fool and extremely dumb. Stupid to ever run without more then 24+ w/o sleep. Fuck that. The companies get rich while you become a slave. Stupid, Glad i never got caught, Will never do again.

My new addition is grape propel, its better then mt dew
