/Death rant, long rant

Thank all of you for your kind words, and support.

The tragedy in this is event will be that 4yo little girl. I remember every word from the day i was told of my fathers demise, i pray she does not have these memories.

The accident was so preventable, and unnecessary, and to die at 33, im only 2 years from that age. The situation angers me greatly.

RIP, sorry to hear Chaz.

i am lucky only lost my grand parents to natural causes… you say that it was preventable… is it too soon to ask what happened?

its probably harder loosing someone your kids like/enjoy being around then just yourself.

RIP … Sorry to hear about your loss dude

Sorry to hear Chaz… RIP

Losing Tool in June was the only close friend I have ever lost, and hopefully the last, because it hurt like hell, and still does :frowning:

RIP… Sorry to hear Chaz. My condolences to Brian’s family & yours.

we still don’t know the details, I know as much as all of you, Brian fell 20 floors about 10am yesterday landing on 4th ave,we’ve been told he died on impact, I pray he didn’t feel the fall. The rest is just a blur.
I’m saddend telling my children why their buddy won’t be over anymore, & I coulda died when I helped his daughter brush her teeth before she went to bed tonite, I don’t think she realy knows. & I still can’t believe.

Such a shame.

You’re doing the best thing, man…Helping those kids along. That family will need people like you around.

RIP

Damn that really sucks…

Sounds like it could have been prevented and should have never happened…

These are the kind of stories that no one should have to go through. Sorry to hear, Chaz.

Sorry to hear Chaz, best wishes to all - your family and his

I was staying away from this thread, as I read it just after hearing of a good family friend’s death. One of my little brother’s best friend lost his Dad a few days back here. Our families got along well since they were both large, I come from a family of 9, and thier was a family of 11. The mother died when the youngest of the 9 kids was 3, and now he had to say good bye to his father before the youngest had finished h.s. The father died unexpectedly of a heartattack walking into 7-11 in Wexford on his way home, my little brother had just seen him at the post office minutes before…

I visited the site where the 2 lil boys lost their life in a house fire in sheredan on Monday.

I layed 2 flowers next to the lil bear that their sister had left. I havent been the same since I left the porch…

Life is definitly way too short. We need to cherish every moment we have with our loved ones.

^^ Every Minute, of Every day!

I seen Brian about 16hrs before he died.

Foz, i feel for you & your little bro, im still stunned i hadn’t seen Brian in a month, then all assudden he was there, then he was gone.

Any ways, we said our final farewells today, its a strange mystery to unravel. My kitchen window looks at his, and when i eat i do so standing at the sink, for whatever reason Brian did the same, and we would occasionally give the nod while scarfing down some grub. haha, memories now, of which was purely routine before.

Chaz, sorry to hear about this. My thoughts and prayers are with you and his family.

:grouphug: Rest in peace.

:gives:

i heard about this on the news its ashame of the deaths in the construction industry. one was wearing his harness and that might have been what killed him and now this one where he wasnt wearing his harness and this might have been what killed him.
