decent chevrolet dealer?

need some warranty work done on the tahoe… long story short, the dealer that installed my engine in SC did a so-so job and although the engine is mechanically sound, i have some minor oil leaks that need to be addressed… i want someone who has competent techs that actually give a shit about their work, not some hack that is going to half ass it… so that being said, which dealer should i take it to for this?

denooyer or northstar. If you go to denooyer hopefully steve combs works on your shit, if so be smart and throw the guy a couple bucks. Out of curiousity GM crate engine?
