yea there were having interviews a few weeks back to hire some fresh non-union people to fill the people that took the contract buy out…and pay them 1/3 of what the Union guys were making

Exactly. Unions were good when employers were abusing their labor in bad conditions and such. Not the case anymore. All the UAW does now is make a $4000 car cost $13000.
Being a UAW member (774 Tonawanda engine plant)The union is pretty much there for their own.The only thing they are good at is helping their friends or keeping the scumbags there from being fired.One guy there went into a room of about 5 ppl(union rep was in the room) and told the foreman he was going to kill him and his family when he found them outside of work.Well he didn’t get fired,he got a month off and then the union got him his back pay for being out.
