The top advertised numbers don’t affect the cost of the gas, it is the cost on the pump below that matters. Were those different?

It is false advertisement and they will pay the difference even if the difference was in your favor to begin with, that is the law.
I think there is a statute of limitations of sorts here, I mean you cant instantly change the signs and the pumps at the same time. Granted whats going on here is a pure cluster fuck, lol.
