So, I found an A6 4.2L when I was at the junkyard the other day and it looked slightly different than most A6’s that I saw. It was missing the motor/trans/front clip and wheels, but the rest seemed to be there. I noticed that the bottoms of the doors were different, but are there other differences in them.
Also, are there parts worth grabbing for resale on it?
I believe an a6 with the v8 is a wie body…

Not many parts are worth anything, AFAIK. B5S4 guys use the fuel pump basket to fit a 044 pump and some others use the MAF housing and cut up the sensor mount.
Bigger brakes, springs, sway bars, wheels, shocks, door blades, etc
What junkyard were you at?
