Sea Bar should be good, it’s Mike A’s new place (formerly of Tsunami), but I don’t think its a tshirt and jeans type of place.

This is the problem with a lot of buffalonians’ mentality about restaurants. Places like Tempo and Hutch’s are definitely NOT t-shirt and jeans places. Sure, they will probably seat you, but you will look like a low-brow asshole. It doesnt hurt anyone to dress up a bit if you’re going to a nice place.
We ended up at Papaya on Chippewa, the food was incredible as well the service. The drinks, well nothing above and beyond still good.
Brett I agree with you however, jeans and a t to me. Is not your typical jeans and T.
Unless you drive an M3. Then everywhere is a polo, khakis, Oakley, and bluetooth headset place.
