What kind of tires do you guys use in the winter? Do you make a studded tire and if so, how do you do it?
I would like to keep riding but it’s just a little slick out there.

scroll down a little bit. you can buy tires already studded or get studs that you can drill right into your knobbies. wont leak obviously since the tires also carry a tube. i havent ordered from that place, i was just looking for pics and options of things to buy. but im sure your dealer or ebay etc would have any of this
I always wanted to try a studded tire, I usually just rode a tire with wide spaced knobbies so it would not hold the mud. Just keep the tire spinning to clean it well.
I precisely know, what is it — an error.
we used trailborg (sp?) tires for a while but then just started making out own using hardened hardware from home depot. took some time but it was cheap. just used some carriage bolts with some nuts holding them on from the other side
self tapers in the knobs and cut what ever makes it in side so it dont puncture tube
