Hey, does anyone know local shops where you can get equipment for disc golf? I just want something simple for beginners, and not like the 60 dollar sets that Dick’s has - I’d probably be willing to spend 30 bucks on enough discs to have some fun.
Apparently dick’s has more than their online store would suggest, I’ll stop by there later on and check out what they’ve got
i got my bees at a place in hamburg on buffalo st called like gear for adventure? its right by daniels. i would suggest for a beginner get a lightweight long range driver and a put and aproach, that should put you right at about $25 for both. good luck
Sweet, I had a couple drivers at some point but god knows where they ended up, a lot of new friends I met through rock climbing are into disc golf so I figured I’d get back into it.
Dicks has a decent selection in store. Bunch of discs priced around 8.99 each or so. Was there a week or so ago looking around.
dicks and in hamburg across from the pyramid lounge, i guess has them too.
but spend 9 bucks at dicks and your set… i only use one
