^ We have a big pond behind my office. Shingles don’t float do they? :snky:
Looks like its time to move the shed so its not in the middle of the yard? Seems as if there is a lot of room to move it towards the back fence…
Good luck keeping up with the Jones’ (sp?) lol, they have a pretty nice back yard…
The pipes for my pool filter all come up right there, which is why I think the shed is there. I actually like it there because it gives my inground pool some privacy from the neighbors.
My yard starts looking a lot better once the pool is opened up…
Gotta get TW out to tighten up that cable line though.
the playcenter lives ! cool to see it in another yard.
If JO doesn’t come through, PM me, I got a buddy who is right down the road. He’ll burn it all on his property.
I rescind my last post.
Yeah man, and my daughter loves it. She can’t quite climb to the top herself but if I sit half way up and help her she’ll play on the slide forever.
sweet. the slide + waterhose + slipnslide = awesome
if you have a dump trailor or even a pickup:

Only they really don’t take is large amounts of cardboard. That’s the place my work uses.
You turn in, there’s a spot to de-tarp your load, you pull on the scale, go down to the dumping area, dump, get back on the scale and hand over some money.
move the slide TO the pool NOW!! well after it’s open
 to joe_omerta, the debris pile is gone. Should be a pretty good fire.
Did the finally cleanup tonight. Had a nice fire going for about 2 hours. I’ve got about 5 garbage bags of misc crap to get rid of but I can easily sneak that in with my regular trash over a couple weeks.
Tomorrow if the weather is decent I’ll get the new floor down and be ready to put the new shed up Saturday.
Your neighbor’s landscaping >>>> yours. Seriously. That yard is kind of ridiculous. I’d be intimidated.
Think that you have to sneak out your garbage… Isn’t this America.
Yeah, but that stupid sidewalk he put in basically turned into a dam and now everytime it rains more than .5" he gets a pond in his back yard.
Plus on a gorgeous Saturday he’ll spend all day working on his lawn while I’m out on the boat spending time with friends/family. Priorities man. I doubt many people on there death beds ate thinking about how they wish they spent more time on their landscaping.
yeah that sidewalk is lame (too narrow) anyway
however… speaking of concrete, why not pour a slab for your new shed??
Yep. That’s why my landscaping is the worst on the street. Granted it was a goddam clusterfuck when I moved in and everyone else on my street is 20+ year residents…
So, would you say he has a “dam sidewalk” running through his yard? :rimshot: Did he put it there because he’s one of those “don’t walk on the grass” nuts?
usually instead of a sidewalk you see some sort of square tile or slate slabs or something natural looking. Where does that sidewalk even go?
Plus I’m surprised he was allowed to put it so close to the property line, Amherst is usually strict on that kind of code stuff.
Also, with a yard like that, he’s paying someone, or payed someone at some point to get it started.
Just remember, you “DIYed”
