Your rear seats weigh at most 20lbs. If you want to remove it to check for rust that’s one thing. But the way you worded it in your post it sounds like you think removing the rear seats will cause rust.
LOL. trust me that’s not what I mean haha. But yeah, as light as they may be, I feel small difference in turning/accel w/o rear seats. But anyway, I just posted to see if you guys removed em or not.
i removed them for a while… mainly cause i took em out for something and never got around to putting them in… made car too noisy… (well i think i had my silencer off at the same time…) and put it back in… personally i like it with it in.
Has to be placebo effect, or your saab rear seats weight like 50lbs. Unless you’re turning at speeds in excess of like 100km/h. I’m talking turning speed not straightaway.
hey, you can always take it out and put a bitchin’ woofer system in lol. molded fiberglass box and the full works.
Taking the rear seats out of the 240sx will make you a better drifter.

removing floor mats does wonders too!!!
w/e man i feel the difference when i take em out. ya i actually removed my floor mats 'cause they create too much friction b/w the soles of my shoes and the floor LOL.
I keep them in, just looks better, but I remove the rear seat belts, that way I can’t have anyone in the back.
keep them otherwise the car starts to look junky real quick…

Cars with no rear seats look like doo doo unless it’s a serious drift car.
I did it with a coupel cars, coupes are fucking LOUD with no rear interior, my first coupe had no muffler and no rear interior at all, decklid cover, plastics, seats, sound dedening, and when I was driving with that around 3k you had to pretty much yell to talk…gutted interior in hatch’s isn’t bad, all depends if you like it like that or not… I did it when I was 17, would never do it again because it makes things wayyy to inconvient, had a couple members on here sitting in the back of my 1992 coupe with seatbelts sitting on bare metal flying around with coilovers …plus I’m a father now so need kid space sometimes
lol coupes are loud with no rear interior, but i got a tension bar so no rear seats pour moi.
but back to OP, take them out. Makes you get 10x more angle BRO
